A beautiful addition to homemade cocktails such as The Oregon Anjou. Add to sparkling water when the urge strikes for a dry, complex soda.
1 cup Pinot Gris wine
1 cup granulated sugar
Combine Pinot Gris and sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer. Stir until sugar dissolves. Cool. Refrigerate.
