Tour the premier Portland Farmers Market with your chef instructor and learn how to shop for in-season fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown locally.

Return to the Oregon Culinary Institute kitchens to prepare a lunch featuring the freshest and healthiest of pacific northwest ingredients. The soups, salads, sauces, and desserts that you make will be determined by mother nature’s bounty.
