Don’t be intimidated; crepes are easy to make. They will taste as good as the eggs you use. Adapted from a recipe in Piper Davis and Ellen Jackson’s The Grand Central Baking Book, these crepes are a delightful way to begin your day.

This event brings together local food producers and buyers to make business connections and to talk about the advantages of producing and selling food locally.

Featuring keynote speaker Brent Foster from the Oregon Department of Justice and the Taste Pavilion, where locally grown foods, both fresh and preserved, will be available for sampling.

Lunch will feature products provided by local farmers and fishers and prepared by local chefs.
