Don’t be intimidated; crepes are easy to make. They will taste as good as the eggs you use. Adapted from a recipe in Piper Davis and Ellen Jackson’s The Grand Central Baking Book, these crepes are a delightful way to begin your day.

Come discover what all the BUZZ is about! Learn the basics for getting started as an urban beekeeper and build a mason bee box to attract these essential native pollinators!

What we’ll cover:
• The role bees play in urban agriculture
• What aspiring beekeepers need to get started
• Local apiary suppliers
• Beekeeping resources: books, magazines, local organizations
• Building your own mason bee box to attract native bees to your
garden

Participants will leave with an understanding of how to get their backyard hive started and their very own mason bee box.
