You can use any combination of root vegetables for this dish. It might seem as though you’re prepping a huge quantity of vegetables, but they will shrink considerably as they roast.

Pietopia Pies reflect the way the baker is feeling right now. Thoughts, concerns and joys are transformed into the All-American Pie.

Each winning pie will receive a limited edition screen print reflecting the ideas in the written statement. Pies will be judged upon the creativity and innovation in ideas reflecting the ingredients used in the recipe.
