Don’t be intimidated; crepes are easy to make. They will taste as good as the eggs you use. Adapted from a recipe in Piper Davis and Ellen Jackson’s The Grand Central Baking Book, these crepes are a delightful way to begin your day.

Learn how sustainable management practices are used in the growing of premium wines.

Tour the vineyard to see how the considerations of plant material, slope and aspect determine how individual blocks are managed. Wine tasting will illustrate the differences in blocks and resulting management practices. This will be an outdoor class in the vineyard, bring appropriate footwear and sun protection.
