Spiced Ketchup

Making ketchup from scratch allows you to control the flavor, avoid preservatives and ingredients like corn syrup, and extend tomato season. The process is surprisingly simple and the results superb.

I really miss the blog-like postings which I could follow more closely. This new site seems inaccessible and hidden (I can’t figure out how to follow it via RSS/My Yahoo for instance) and I can’t read all the posts (even if past) without clicking in on each one (meaning between the two hinderances I’ve missed a bunch of events I would have liked to attend) as every time I click on “News, Events, and More” I end up back at this posting on Zenger’s Market, but the loading is intense and slow for the computer (and I’m not technology challenged with a bad machine or dial-up like a great deal of America) so I’m not likely to keep clicking.

Otherwise I love EdiblePortland and EcoTrust but I miss the friendly old site.
