Breakfast Crepes à la Ben Davis

Don’t be intimidated; crepes are easy to make. They will taste as good as the eggs you use. Adapted from a recipe in Piper Davis and Ellen Jackson’s The Grand Central Baking Book, these crepes are a delightful way to begin your day.

The Joel Salatin event on Thursday, August 13, 2009 is only one of numerous events scheduled for him during the period of 08/13-16/2009.
The event at the Friendship Masonic Center is to benefit BOTH the Hollywood Farmers market AND the Oregon Consumers and Farmers Association OCFA.
This is one of numerous chapters of the National Independent Consumers and Farmers Association NICFA and organization formed by Joel Salatin and Debie Stockton.
