Portland Fermentation Festival

Ecotrust’s Conference Center, 721 NW 9th Ave., Portland, OR
Free! All ages, open to the public

A free and open-to-the-public celebration of fermented food and drink. Bring kraut, try kraut. Bring miso, try miso. Come for fermented food and drink skill sharing, recipe sharing, tasting and more.

The festival will feature special guest Sandor Ellix Katz, author of Wild Fermentation.
