Free! All ages, open to the public

A free and open-to-the-public celebration of fermented food and drink. Bring kraut, try kraut. Bring miso, try miso. Come for fermented food and drink skill sharing, recipe sharing, tasting and more.

The festival will feature special guest Sandor Ellix Katz, author of Wild Fermentation.

Go to the festival and get excited for the sauerkraut story and recipe that will be featured in the online-only issue of Edible Portland this fall!
