Celebrate cheesemaking at The Wedge, a farmers’ market style street festival! Sample, buy cheese and meet the makers at the largest gathering of regional artisan cheesemakers in the Pacific Northwest.

While you’re there, watch cheesemaking demonstrations, try your hand at the build your own grilled cheese bar or go to an educational seminar and explore the possibilities of cheese friendly beverages and accompaniments. Kids are encouraged to attend and take our Cheese Challenge and win fabulous prizes!
