Breakfast Crepes à la Ben Davis

Don’t be intimidated; crepes are easy to make. They will taste as good as the eggs you use. Adapted from a recipe in Piper Davis and Ellen Jackson’s The Grand Central Baking Book, these crepes are a delightful way to begin your day.

Join Zenger Farm in celebrating their 10-year anniversary of educating youth, farmers and families in sustainable agriculture. Chef Joe McGarry of Bon Appetit will be serving up five delicious locally grown courses, paired with local beer and wine. A member of Chefs Collaborative National Board and a 2008 Slow Food Terra Madre delegate, Joe has been a prominent chef in Portland for over ten years.
