White magic is in the air—and we mean cheese! Oregon is home to world-class cheese making talents, and for one full day, these regional artisan, specialty and farmstead cheese makers will set up booths, offer tastes of their delights, and sell limited-run sheep’s, goat’s and cow’s milk cheeses.
