The cheese lovers and aficionados at Urban Cheese Craft will teach many classes throughout the spring. Melty mozzarella and creamy ricotta are at once simple and impressive cheeses to make from scratch. In this course, offered twice, learn to stretch mozzarella into ropes and form bocconcini (little mouthfuls), among other skills.
