Spiced Ketchup

Making ketchup from scratch allows you to control the flavor, avoid preservatives and ingredients like corn syrup, and extend tomato season. The process is surprisingly simple and the results superb.

I love the current issue. Great cover, as always, and interesting articles. I'm anxious to try the recipe for fettuccine with yogurt and herbs, sounds wonderful. And Benson High is where I'd like to go to school, at least at lunch time. Keep up the good work. You folks at Edible Portland sound like mighty fine people. If I were on the Board of Directors at Ecotrust, I'd give you all a nice raise.
