Podcast: A Grand Opening with Manuel Foucher

In this episode we have a story from Manuel Foucher, manager of the Portland Mercado (7238 SE Foster Road, Portland), a project of Hacienda CDC. He recollects his early memories of growing up in and working at his father’s beach restaurant in Cozumel, Mexico and how his experiences led to a career in the food industry. He also talks about the grand opening of the Portland Mercado this coming Saturday, April 11th as well as all the work it has taken to bring about the Portland Mercado. The story and interview were recorded at KBOO Community Radio in Portland, OR.

    I think everything typed was very reasonable.
    However, what about this? suppose you added a little content?
    I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your website, but what if you added a post title that makes people desire more?
    I mean Edible Portland | Podcast: A Grand
    Opening with Manuel Foucher is kinda plain. You might look at Yahoo’s home page and note how they write
    article headlines to get people to open the links.
    You might try adding a video or a picture or two to get people
    interested about everything’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it
    would bring your blog a little livelier.
