Ingredients
- orange sweet potatoes
- rice oil for frying
- cumin, salt and paprika to taste
Instructions
- Using a peeler, peel strips of orange sweet potato, rinse multiple times to release starch, pat dry,
- Lightly fry in rice oil until golden crispy, season with cumin, salt and paprika
- Garnish dish with fresh tomato, charred onion, hot chili oil, cilantro and fresh jalapeño
