Ingredients

tahini paste

small garlic clove, peeled

bunch coriander leaves
½
bunch flat-leaf parsley
pinch
sea salt

cup
fresh lemon juice
SERVE
Olive oil
Maras Chili flakes
Instructions
Place the ingredients in a food processor and add 1½ cups water.
Process to a smooth paste.
Serve with olive oil, sprinkled with Maras chili, warm za'atar crisps, and olives.
