Green Tahini Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup tahini paste
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled
  • ½ bunch coriander leaves
  • ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • pinch sea salt
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice

SERVE

  • Olive oil
  • Maras Chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Place the ingredients in a food processor and add 1½ cups water.
  • Process to a smooth paste.
  • Serve with olive oil, sprinkled with Maras chili, warm za’atar crisps, and olives.
