
Green Tahini Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini paste
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled
- ½ bunch coriander leaves
- ½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
- pinch sea salt
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
SERVE
- Olive oil
- Maras Chili flakes
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in a food processor and add 1½ cups water.
- Process to a smooth paste.
- Serve with olive oil, sprinkled with Maras chili, warm za’atar crisps, and olives.
